1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CraftAds.ai ("Service"), operated by TRS Ecom ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CraftAds.ai is an AI-powered ad creative generation platform. We provide tools to generate, edit, and manage advertising images using artificial intelligence. The Service includes template-based ad generation, product intelligence analysis, and brand management tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Limited generations per month at no cost.
Pro Plan: Increased generation limits and additional features for a monthly fee.
Agency Plan: Higher limits, team features, and priority support for a monthly fee.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive advertising
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
Resell or redistribute generated content as template packs or competing services
Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your uploaded product images, logos, and brand assets.

Generated Content: Ad images generated through the Service are owned by you. You receive a full, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use them commercially.

Our Templates: Our template library is proprietary. You may use templates to generate ads but may not redistribute templates themselves.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content is generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use in advertising.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFTADS.AI AND TRS ECOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
